Every item below describes something the product does today.
Agentic AI
A layer that acts rather than chats: it looks products up, drafts orders, checks stock, issues payment links and hands the conversation to a person when it should. Where the model decides and where a fixed rule runs is a deliberate boundary.
B2B ordering
Dealer identification, dealer-specific price lists, catalogue matching, order drafts and confirmation. An unregistered number is never shown a price under any condition — that is a rule of the system, not a setting.
Your own knowledge
Menus, price lists, technical documents, FAQs: your sources are split, made searchable, and answers are built from them. A question with no basis in your material gets no invented answer.
Integration and infrastructure
Catalogue and stock synchronisation with your ERP, payment link issuing and reconciliation, and tenant isolation at the database level. Each company's data stays inside its own boundary.
Our mission
To make taking an order stop meaning notes scribbled during a call, screenshots, and asking "is this in stock?" one line at a time. To move the information a company already holds — catalogue, price, stock — to where its customers already are.

For AI in business to stop being an assistant that talks and become a layer that does the work. The measure of that is not how fluently it speaks; it is how many orders complete correctly without anyone stepping in.
